Privacy Policy

1. 用途与适用范围 / Purpose

Device Backup 是维护者自用的设备备份工具，本政策说明工具如何使用 Google 用户数据，以及本公开说明网站的处理方式。工具使用 Restic、Backrest 和 rclone 备份、校验和恢复自有设备的数据，不提供公众注册服务。

Device Backup is operated for the owner's personal backup, verification and recovery needs. It is not a public file-sharing or backup service.

2. 访问的数据与权限 / Data accessed

经账号所有者通过 Google OAuth 授权后，工具处理访问令牌、刷新令牌，以及备份仓库所需的 Drive 文件与目录标识、名称、大小、修改时间和加密文件内容。上传源可包含所有者选定的个人文件、服务数据库和配置。完整 Drive 权限可能用于接续旧 OAuth 客户端创建的仓库；虽然该权限技术上允许访问其他 Drive 文件，实际任务仅用于所配置的备份仓库，不用于浏览无关文件、邮件或联系人。

After owner authorization, the utility processes OAuth access/refresh tokens and Drive metadata and encrypted file contents needed to operate backup repositories. Full Drive access may be used to continue existing repositories from a previous OAuth client; configured backup operations target the backup repositories, not unrelated Drive files, Gmail or contacts.

3. 使用方式 / Use of data

数据仅用于创建、上传、列出、下载、校验和恢复备份，以及按保留策略清理过期备份。不出售 Google 用户数据，不用于广告、用户画像或训练通用人工智能模型。

Data is used only for backup creation, transfer, listing, verification, restoration and retention cleanup. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising, profiling or training general-purpose AI models.

4. 存储、安全与接收方 / Storage and recipients

Restic 在设备端加密备份内容后上传至账号所有者的 Google Drive。OAuth 凭据、解密凭据及任务配置存放在所有者控制的备份设备上，不嵌入此网站。执行任务的设备及其云基础设施提供商、Google Drive 等服务会在提供服务所需范围内处理数据。工具不会主动将 Google 用户数据分享给无关第三方；法律要求的披露除外。加密不能消除所有风险，持有解密凭据或可访问运行中设备的人仍可能访问数据。

Restic encrypts backup contents before upload to the owner's Google Drive. Credentials are kept on owner-controlled backup devices, not on this website. Hosting providers and Google process data as necessary to operate their services. The utility does not intentionally share Google user data with unrelated parties except where legally required. Encryption does not protect against every risk, including compromise of an authorized device or decryption credentials.

5. 保留、撤销与删除 / Retention and deletion

备份保留至配置的保留策略清理或所有者手动删除；任务日志保留至本地日志清理。所有者可以停止备份任务，在 Google 账号的第三方连接设置撤销授权，并删除设备上的 OAuth 凭据。撤销授权不会自动删除已有备份；需要单独删除 Drive 中的备份仓库，并按需清空回收站。删除所有副本或遗失解密密钥可能导致无法恢复。关于数据处理或删除的问题可联系下方邮箱。

Backups remain until removed by configured retention or manual deletion; operational logs remain until local cleanup. The owner can stop jobs, revoke Google access and remove local OAuth credentials. Revocation does not delete existing backups. Repository deletion in Drive, including trash cleanup where applicable, must be done separately. Deleting all copies or losing encryption keys can make recovery impossible.

6. 本网站 / This website

此站为 Cloudflare 托管的静态说明页，不提供表单、不设置应用级追踪 Cookie、不主动加载广告或第三方分析脚本。Cloudflare 可能为内容交付、安全和运行诊断处理 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器信息及访问日志，适用其隐私政策。本网站不接收 Google OAuth 回调、令牌或备份内容。

This static website has no forms, application tracking cookies, advertising or added third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare may process request metadata for delivery, security and diagnostics under its privacy policy. This website does not receive OAuth callbacks, tokens or backup contents.

7. Google API 用户数据政策 / Google API policy

Device Backup 对从 Google API 接收的信息的使用及向其他应用的传输将遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。

Device Backup's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
